Shipping Information for Canadian Customers

Thank you for shopping with us! We are proud to offer shipping across Canada. Please review our shipping policy for all the details.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to Canadian addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: Typically 1-2 business days

4. Shipping Delays
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. We do our best to ensure your order is shipped on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Shipping Insurance
Orders are insured for loss or damage during transit. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

6. Taxes and Duties
All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.
No additional duties are applied for shipments within Canada.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.

8. Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and cannot re-ship orders in these cases.

9. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the package is shipped.
